Listerine and Vinegar-

In this Remedy, you just have to combine one cup of Listerine, one cup of white vinegar and two cups of water. Then make its mixture. When done, soak your feet in this mixture for 15 minutes and then take your feet out and scrub them with a pumice stone to remove any dead skin.

After that, rinse your feet with clean water, pat them dry and moisturize. Do this twice a week until you get the desired results. Listerine contains Thymol and alcohol which help to fight toenail fungus and repair cracked heel and treat plantar warts. Vinegar is used to get rid of fungus because of its high level of acidity.

It softens your dry skin too. So when they are combined together, they make the perfect combination for smooth healthy heel.

 

Rice flour, honey, and vinegar-

In this remedy, you just have to make a scrub by mixing 3 tablespoons of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2 to 3 drops of apple cider vinegar. Stir well to form a dense paste, then soak your feet in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes, and then mildly scrub the paste all over your feet to remove dead skin.

Banana-

To get on this action, just mash two bananas into a smooth paste, make sure that bananas are ripe because unripe bananas contain acid which is not good for the skin. When done, gently rub the paste all over your feet including around the nail beds and toes, keep it on for 20 mins and then rinse your feet with clean water.

Honey-

To get on this remedy, simply add one cup of honey to a tub of warm water then soak your clean feet in the honey water and massage them for 20-25 minutes. When done, gently exfoliate your skin using a pumice stone, finally hat your feet dry, and apply a six-foot cream. Vegetable oil-

The menthol and eucalyptus found in this ointment provide a cooling effect so before heading to bed apply a generous layer of this stuff to your feet massage them for 5 minutes and then put on some comfortable socks, it’s even better if they’re made up of cotton.

Don’t forget to wash your feet with lukewarm water in the morning, you can do this remedy daily until you get the desired results.

Baking Soda-

Baking soda is a powerful exfoliant and that’s exactly what the dry skin on your feet needs right now. It removes dead cells and has anti-inflammatory properties as well as moreover baking soda can neutralize foul odors to try it. Add three tablespoons of baking soda to a tub of lukewarm, mix it well until the baking soda dissolves, soak your feet in the final mixture for 15 minutes.

Vaseline and lemon juice-

Start it by soaking your feet in warm water for about 20 minutes. Rinse pat dry and add three to four drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice. 1 Tablespoon of Vaseline, mix it well and apply this concoction to your heels and other cracked parts. Put on a pair of wool socks and let it stew overnight.

The next morning wash your feet in warm water and then you are done. As we all know that Vaseline basically acts like a moisturizer and lemon juice has citric acid which promotes skin peeling and cell renewal. Do this remedy regularly and you will see the variations in your feet.

 

Epsom salt-

Epsom salt reduces inflammation and softens the skin. The sulfates in it help flush toxins and heavy metals from the cells, easing Pain and driving out harmful substances from the body. Prep is a piece of cake, add a half cup of Epsom salt to a foot basin of warm water, stir it well and soak your feet in it for 20 minutes.

Then you can do some additional scrubbing to remove dead skin. Doing this 2-3 times would be enough to see a change.
